Jazzy Watercolor, Course 1: Foundations of Building a Watercolor Project
With this course, I'm starting a new Jazzy Watercolor lesson block, gathering all the ideas and tricks about my personal vision of watercolor. In the first introductory episode, we'll take a look at a simple cityscape. We will create it step by step, working almost without a sketch and guided by my personal methodology of project building. For this we will go to Girona, Spain.

List of materials:
Paper:
100% cotton 300 gsm (140 pounds) paper from Saunders or Arches, size 15x15 inches.
Brush:
Chinese calligraphy brush (available in our online store) is highly recommended.
Strong hair flat brush, goat or synthetic. I will use 5-Line Flat goat brush (available in our online store). These brushes (5 or 7 lines) are highly recommended. Soft squirrel brushes are not recommended. Any kind of liner brush will do.
Paint:
I highly recommend Daniel Smith watercolor in tubes. In case of impossibility, you can use any other professional brand. Small sets for travel are NOT recommended.

Quinacridone Sienna
Quinacridone Deep Gold
Perylene Violet
Phthalo Green BS
Cobalt Blue
Indigo
Masking tape, any board to stretch paper on, and paper towels.
