Your Painting
This is one of the most favorite genres for watercolor artists. In this course, we will analyze the three basic principles of landscape construction, three rules without which it is simply impossible to create a convincing and expressive watercolor.

List of materials:
Paper: 100% cotton 300 gsm (140 pounds) paper from Saunders or Arches, size 11 x 15 or 22 x 15 inches.
Brush:
Round paintbrush (or mop), squirrel, goat or equivalent (approximately #12). Chinese calligraphy brush (available in our online store) is highly recommended.
Strong hair flat brush, goat or synthetic. I will use 5-Line Flat goat brush (available in our online store). These brushes (5 or 7 lines) are highly recommended. Soft squirrel brushes are not recommended.
Paint:
I highly recommend Daniel Smith watercolor in tubes. In case of impossibility, you can use any other professional brand. Small sets for travel are NOT recommended.

Quinacridone Sienna
Quinacridone Deep Gold
Perylene Violet
Phthalo Green BS
Indigo
Masking tape, any board to stretch paper on, and paper towels.
