Urban Sketching:
Gray Day

The worst situation for a watercolorist is a gray day. There is no rain, no sun, no fog. But you are already outside, in the plein air. So, what to do?

In this lesson, we will analyze such an urban landscape and find out what techniques you need to use to deal with this complex task. I will use a photograph taken in Montreal as my reference.

Welcome to a dull and gray day! Let's make it an artwork :)
